Chief Capital Officer & Co-Founder
Nicole is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate investor with a unique blend of technology leadership and residential development expertise. Over a 19+ year career in information technology, she developed a deep understanding of systems thinking, operational efficiency, and strategic scaling—skills that directly translate to managing complex development portfolios.
Beginning her real estate investment journey at age 25, Nicole recognized significant opportunities in Dallas’ premium residential market.
Today, Nicole leads capital formation and investor relations at Brickment Capital, the firm’s debt fund platform. She specializes in cultivating strategic partnerships with institutional and accredited investors, and scaling the business through disciplined capital deployment. Her approach combines entrepreneurial drive with institutional rigor positioning Brickment Capital as a trusted partner for sophisticated real estate investors seeking secured returns.
Outside of business, Nicole is deeply committed to her family life with Juan in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, actively supporting her daughter’s athletic endeavors and maintaining a passion for travel and community engagement.
Juan Moreno
Chief Development Officer & Co-Founder
Juan is a civil engineer with over two decades of real estate development experience, beginning his career in 2003 with international projects before establishing himself as a leading developer in the DFW Metroplex. With more than 30 completed luxury residential projects, he brings a unique engineering perspective that accelerates timelines without compromising quality.
His keen eye for identifying high-potential Lakewood infill opportunities, combined with exceptional project management and negotiation skills, enables him to efficiently coordinate complex development teams and execute projects on schedule and within budget. Juan’s technical expertise and operational excellence form the backbone of Brickment Capital’s ability to deliver superior returns through disciplined project execution and strategic site selection.
Juan, when not at the job-sites, mostly enjoys his time with family and golfing throughout Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex.
Karnik Radadia
Founder & Managing Partner
Karnik believes in quality over quantity—a principle that shapes both his professional work and personal life. An engineer with a 10+ year career in information technology, he combines analytical rigor with his family’s real estate development expertise to build housing communities that matter.
After seeing firsthand the gap between supply and quality in Texas’s residential market, Karnik founded Brickment Homes to deliver exceptional housing to growing communities. He has since led more than $35M in residential development while building a team dedicated to operational excellence. Through Brickment Capital, he is now inviting institutional investors to partner in scaling this mission.
Based in the Dallas area, Karnik is an active member of his community and prioritizes time with family and friends—the same values that drive his commitment to building quality communities.
